Overview
In this role you will support CollateralONE’s client execution team to drive global client growth while aligning daily work with BNY Markets’ objectives. You’ll collaborate across Sales, Relationship Management, Marketing, and Product & Technology to prepare client materials, structure complex deals, and inform the roadmap with client economics. You will champion scalable client experience through process standardization and automation, and deliver executive updates on performance and strategy.

Responsibilities
- Support client execution activities supporting global growth initiatives and alignment with strategic revenue goals
- Collaborate with Sales and Relationship Management to operationalize go-to-market plans and assist in structuring complex deals for buy-side clients
- Champion client experience at scale by standardizing processes and informing roadmap with feedback
- Shape the Product & Technology roadmap by building business cases and utilizing competitive intelligence
- Partner with Marketing to craft messaging for current and target clients
- Deliver executive-level communications and prepare board-level readouts with decisions and actions
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or a similar field
- Product related knowledge is required
- Experience in a regulated financial services environment
