Overview
As a Senior Specialist in the Middle Office, you will bridge front office, BNY and external parties to deliver timely, accurate corporate action details globally. You ensure voluntary actions are elected before deadlines and income events are captured in Aladdin, while supporting front office in dynamic environments. You will contribute to the Investment Operations function, drive process improvements (including robotics), and uphold a strong risk and control framework within the team. This is a pivotal role shaping front-to-middle-office operations at a global financial services leader.

Responsibilities
- Act as the link between front office, BNY and external parties to coordinate actions
- Provide timely and accurate corporate action details globally
- Ensure voluntary corporate actions are elected before market deadlines
- Capture and process income events in Aladdin in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the reconciliations team to minimise breaks and resolve issues
- Support the Front Office with core activities through accurate, timely, and comprehensive information
- Assist with developing the Investment Operations function to serve internal and external stakeholders
- Challenge current processes to identify improvements, including Robotic Process Automation
- Develop a broad understanding of Investment Operations and continuously refine processes
- Maintain a gold-standard risk and control environment within the team
