The ideal candidate has a proven track record of conceiving, building, launching, and scaling greenfield products and platforms, transforming emerging concepts into commercially viable, market-ready solutions.

Working closely with Loans, CLO, ABS, MBS, and Enterprise Product Innovation teams, this leader will establish product vision, secure organizational alignment, drive execution, and oversee successful market adoption of digital asset capabilities across the Corporate Trust ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the incubation and development of greenfield product initiatives, translating market opportunities and emerging technologies into scalable business solutions. Develop product vision, business cases, operating models, and commercialization strategies for new digital asset offerings. Align product strategy with market needs across public and private securitization (CLO, ABS, MBS, and other forms of collateralized notes).
  • Product Delivery & Execution: Own the full product lifecycle from ideation, discovery, business case development, and MVP definition through launch, commercialization, adoption, and scale. Define product requirements, success metrics, business cases, and implementation priorities. Lead cross-functional teams across product, technology, operations, legal, risk, compliance, and client-facing organizations to deliver outcomes. Manage product backlogs and coordinate execution across agile delivery pods. Partner with risk, compliance, legal, and regulatory teams to ensure governance and readiness. Establish KPIs and performance measures to monitor product adoption, client value realization, operational effectiveness, and commercial success.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong partnerships across Enterprise Digital Asset and Structured Debt platform modernization initiatives. Communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and business outcomes to stakeholders and senior leadership. Act as a champion for innovation, helping drive organizational change and adoption of new business models and technologies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business management or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
  • Demonstrated success leading greenfield product initiatives from concept through launch and scale, including defining strategy, securing investment, building organizational alignment, and driving commercial adoption.
  • Proven experience in digital assets, tokenization, blockchain infrastructure, and smart contracts within capital markets or financial services.
  • Proven ability to lead complex product initiatives from strategy through execution in agile, cross-functional environments.
  • Experience with enterprise platform modernization and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Understanding of securitization and structured finance markets, including ABS, MBS, CLOs, and private credit, is a plus.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence across business, technology, operations, legal, risk, and compliance teams.
  • Comfortable building new capabilities in evolving and uncertain environments.

Preferred Senior Director Profile

  • Proven builder with a track record of conceiving, launching, and scaling 0-to-1 products, platforms, or businesses within financial services, fintech, digital assets, or capital markets, delivering measurable commercial outcomes including revenue growth, client adoption, and ROI.
