Supports multiple products and provides oversight and operational direction in order to deliver innovative products that directly address client needs.

Primary responsibilities include: Leading and overseeing complex product management projects, budgets, and resourcing.

Uses product expertise to provide innovative direction and guidance on product management processes Leads recruitment efforts and manages and develops teams to maximize their collective contributions.

Identifies, analyzes, and manages portfolio-level epics.

Partners with enterprise leaders and other stakeholders to align initiatives with organizational strategy.

Oversees the flow of work at the portfolio level and ensuring value delivery.

Manages multiple product management groups.

Contributes to the achievement of Product Management objectives.

Modified based upon local regulations/requirements.

Bachelor's degree in business management or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree preferred. 15+ years of related experience required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
