We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Director, Full-Stack Engineer to join our team. This role is located in London. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Lead by example in system design, code quality and agile development to engineer scalable and performant solutions across the full software lifecycle.
- Leverage AI to its full capability to accelerate innovation and solution delivery and promote a culture of AI lead development.
- Collaborate in small cross functional agile teams of talented individuals comprising of skilled product managers, traders, sales teams and fellow technologists all of whom put the client at the heart of everything they do.
- Drive continuous improvement within the team - we value relentless curiosity and a growth mindset.
- Work with Product Managers to devise and deliver new innovative FX products.
- Provide mentorship and guidance across the team, fostering professional growth and technical development.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Extensive years of experience in development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or a similar field.
- Experience in building mission critical systems, ideally in financial institutions.
- Ability to work well within a fast-paced environment.
- A results driven personality.
- A passion for changing the status quo, driving out of the box thinking.
- Ability to adapt and lead through change.
- Prior experience of Front office trading systems.
- Low latency trading experience.
- Co-location Infrastructure knowledge.
- Experience working with high performance messaging systems.
- Hands on development with FIX APIs.
