We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate to join our FX Overlay Service Delivery team.
This role is located in Manchester, UKIn this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Serve as subject matter expert for the day-to-day operations of a Middle Office FX Overlay Operations team.
Responsible for owning assigned client relationships, engaging with clients daily.
Ensure work produced meets product/service standards and exceeds quality standards.
Drive efficiencies in the daily environment – look to deploy AI, Digital Tools and automation initiatives on a consistent basis.
Constantly identify opportunities for workflow improvement and operational efficiency, with a goal to reduce manual touchpoints and ongoing capacity creation.
Ensure procedures are properly documented.
Responsible for publication and reporting of client KPIs to clients and showcasing these results in periodic service reviews.
Partner with the Change team to assist in the deployment of change initiatives.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: Bachelors degree, mutual fund industry background preferred.
Significant experience of technical and/or supervisory experience preferred.
Experience in FX Overlay, Fund Accounting or the mutual fund industry strongly preferred.
Proven track record in implementing change.
Proficiency with digital tools and foundational knowledge of AI mandatory.
