We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, AI Product Management to join our AI-Hub team. This role is located in Manchester.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Act as the senior AI Product leader for EMEA, accountable for identifying, shaping, prioritizing, and delivering a portfolio of AI initiatives that drive measurable improvements in client experience, operational performance, risk reduction, and business outcomes.
  • Lead AI strategy and execution across Operations and EMEA client-facing functions, establishing credibility as a recognized AI thought leader across the Manchester site and broader Operations organization.
  • Own executive-level client engagement activities, including workshops, operating model assessments, process transformation initiatives, and strategic AI opportunity identification, converting client and business challenges into scalable AI product roadmaps.
  • Build and manage a portfolio of AI products and transformation initiatives capable of delivering multi-million-dollar business value through operational efficiency, capacity creation, revenue enablement, risk reduction, or client experience improvements.
  • Partner with senior leaders across Product, Operations, Technology, Data Science, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Governance to accelerate delivery of enterprise-grade AI solutions from ideation through scaled production deployment.
  • Establish and maintain outcome-based success metrics, ensuring AI initiatives demonstrate measurable impact against agreed business objectives, adoption targets, control requirements, and value realization commitments.
  • Serve as a visible ambassador for AI across the Manchester site, helping shape AI strategy, influencing senior stakeholders, mentoring teams, and driving organizational adoption of AI capabilities.
  • Ensure all AI solutions are developed and deployed in accordance with enterprise governance, regulatory, security, model risk, and responsible AI standards.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Significant experience in Product Management, Digital Transformation, Data & Analytics, AI, Technology, or a related field, including leading enterprise-scale transformation initiatives.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering multiple AI, automation, or digital transformation programs that have each generated at least $1M+ in annualized business impact, operational savings, revenue enablement, productivity gains, or cost avoidance.
  • Proven ownership of an enterprise product portfolio, transformation program, or strategic capability supporting 500+ users, large-scale operational teams, or multiple business units.
  • Experience leading executive stakeholder engagements and influencing outcomes at Managing Director, C-suite, client executive, or equivalent senior leadership levels.
  • Demonstrated success converting ambiguous business opportunities into funded roadmaps, prioritized backlogs, and measurable business outcomes.

AI & Product Leadership

  • Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Machine Learning, Agentic Systems, Process Automation, Knowledge Management, and Data Products, with a proven record of delivering production-grade solutions.
  • Experience defining product strategy, building multi-year roadmaps, developing business cases, and establishing success metrics that align technology investments to strategic business priorities.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams comprising Product Managers, Data Scientists, Engineers, Operations SMEs, Risk professionals, and User Experience practitioners.

Leadership & Influence

  • Widely recognized as a trusted advisor and thought leader capable of influencing complex organizations without direct authority.
  • Exceptional executive communication skills, with experience presenting strategy, progress, risks, and investment recommendations to senior leadership forums.
  • Demonstrated ability to build organizational momentum, drive adoption, and create alignment across large stakeholder groups with competing priorities.

Preferred

  • Prior experience within Financial Services, Asset Servicing, Capital Markets, Payments, Wealth Management, or similarly regulated industries.
  • Experience leading AI initiatives within organizations exceeding and operating under complex regulatory and governance frameworks.
  • Evidence of external AI leadership through conference speaking, industry forums, publications, patents, advisory boards, or recognized innovation programs.

This role is intended for an experienced AI product and transformation leader with a proven record of delivering enterprise-scale AI capabilities and measurable business outcomes. Candidates should be able to demonstrate tangible impact from prior AI initiatives, including adoption, operational improvements, and quantifiable value realization.
