Manage global processing teams responsible for providing quality support to clients with transactions and resolving operational issues. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, leveraging data-driven insights and innovative solutions. Maintain familiarity with industry best practices and seek opportunities to implement them as appropriate. Establish and maintain relationships with key business partners. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex client issues, utilising expertise to provide effective solutions. Monitor and assess performance, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Determine and report on key performance and risk indicators. Provide forward-looking insights on client trends to enhance the service proposition and drive future revenue growth. Development of strategic initiatives designed to improve the overall client service experience and enhance team productivity and quality.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to maximise collaboration with multiple stakeholder groups.
- Experience in identifying and implementing new technologies to modernise working practices and maximise operational efficiencies.
