Responsibilities
- Manages multiple teams of Product Owners and Product Managers.
- Supports multiple products and provides oversight and operational direction.
- Responsible for managing multiple, large, complex products.
- Thinks big and innovates on a cross-functional product or domain area.
- Comprehensive understanding of the entire solution landscape.
- Advanced skills in managing complex dependencies and trade-offs.
- Ability to align solution development with enterprise strategy.

- Leading and overseeing complex product management initiatives, budgets, and resourcing.
- Provides innovative direction and guidance on product management processes and methods.
- Supports team in product iterations, troubleshoot and removing obstacles.

- Coordinates with Product Managers and Owners across multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs).

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business management or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree preferred.
- 12+ years of related experience required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
