We're looking for a Chef de Partie or experienced Commis chef who is a great communicator, enthusiastic, hard-working, a real team player, creative, has ambition to develop and is used to fast-paced service.

You will have experience of all sections in the kitchen and will have had experience running service. The Bandstand has a very strong reputation serving a mix of contemporary Scottish fayre, pub favourites and seasonal specials. The sea-view restaurant has over 50 covers with an additional 40 in the bar and 40 in the beer garden. During high season we regularly serve up over 150 covers per day.

You'll receive a very competitive salary, a share of tips and meal discounts for you and your immediate family. We offer flexible seasonal hours and will try to accommodate individual commitments such as travel, child care etc. This is a full-time permanent role with annualised hours based on 37 hours per week.
