ABOUT THE ROLE We are a dynamic and growing business offering a portfolio of luxury accommodation in the picturesque Cotswolds. As we continue to expand and refine our offering, we are looking for a proactive and driven Revenue Manager to lead our revenue strategy. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for the hospitality industry to play a key role in the continued growth and success of our luxury accommodation. As Revenue Manager, you will be at the forefront of our revenue strategy, overseeing a distinctive inventory that includes 38 elegant pub bedrooms and 35 beautifully appointed Cotswold cottages. Your role will be crucial in optimising revenue and ensuring the financial success of our accommodation offerings. You will have the opportunity to shape the performance of our properties by leading on key activities such as pricing, forecasting, inventory management, and developing new packages. RESPONSIBILITIES Revenue Strategy & Pricing: Lead the development and implementation of the revenue management strategy for our luxury accommodation portfolio, ensuring optimal pricing, occupancy, and revenue performance. Forecasting & Reporting: Monitor booking pace, review future booking on the books (BOB), and develop accurate forecasts to guide business decisions. Inventory & Policy Management: Oversee and develop booking policies, including T&Cs, and manage inventory across multiple platforms. Ensure accurate onboarding of new inventory and consistent alignment with overall strategy. Group Bookings & Special Packages: Monitor group bookings and develop special packages or promotions to enhance business performance and attract new guests. System Expertise: Serve as the super user of the Property Management System (PMS), ideally Opera, and identify opportunities for system improvements and efficiencies. Cross-business Liaison: Work closely with other business units, providing revenue insights and advice on accommodation strategies to optimise performance across the business. SKILLS YOU WILL BRING Experience in Luxury Accommodation: You have previous experience in revenue management within the luxury accommodation sector, ideally with exposure to both hotel and self-catering properties. Revenue Management Expertise: You have a strong understanding of revenue management principles, including pricing, forecasting, and market analysis. PMS Knowledge: Experience with Opera PMS is preferred, but strong knowledge of other systems is acceptable.
