The Wild Rabbit is a modern British inn β a place to eat, drink and sleep.
Set in the beautiful quintessential village of Kingham in the Cotswolds, we serve locally sourced, fine dining seasonal food in a relaxed and welcoming setting.

SALARY: 12.38 per hour plus tronc
HOURS: Full Time, 40 hours β Weekend work required
Our opening hours are 07.30am till 12.00am Monday to Friday.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as a consistently friendly and professional point of contact for all guests, whether in person, over the phone, or via email, following all communication protocols.
- Anticipate guest needs and deliver exceptional service by being proactive and solution-focused.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of key systems, including PMS (Opera), ResDiary, MindBody, and Microsoft Office.
- Collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure a seamless and memorable guest experience across all touchpoints.
- Process payments accurately, maintaining discretion and confidence at all times.
- Maintain a positive, energetic attitude and contribute to a supportive and pleasant work environment.
- Thrive in a fast-paced setting, adapting to a variety of responsibilities, including both administrative and operational tasks.
- Keep all front office areas, including company vehicles, clean, tidy, and presentable throughout each shift.
- Arrive punctually and uphold impeccable grooming standards for every shift.
- Remain flexible in supporting other areas of the business as needed.
- Serve as a knowledgeable ambassador for the Bamford Collection, representing its values and offerings with pride.

- Strong customer service skills with a proactive approach, especially in high-end or luxury environments, anticipating guest needs and exceeding expectations.
- Excellent time management and organisational abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a calm and professional demeanour under pressure.
- Possession of a valid UK driving licence with a clean record, offering flexibility and reliability for guest transportation or use of company vehicles if required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) for managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and handling administrative duties accurately.
