THE ROLE

We are looking for an enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our talented kitchen brigade in our beautiful Pimlico Store. You’ll play a key role in delivering fresh, seasonal, beautifully presented dishes that embody the Bamford philosophy. If you’re driven, creative, and ready to grow within a supportive kitchen built on respect and quality, this role is for you.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standard, showcasing seasonal and sustainable produce
  • Support your section with efficiency, creativity, and consistency
  • Maintain exceptional food quality, presentation, and hygiene at all times
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
  • Contribute ideas for menu development aligned with the Bamford ethos
  • Uphold all food safety and H&S guidelines rigorously
  • Embody our commitment to conscious, responsible food production

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Previous experience as a CDP or strong Commis stepping up
  • Passion for fresh, seasonal, sustainable cooking
  • Strong organisation, communication, and teamwork skills
  • A calm, positive, can-do attitude - even in a busy service
