The role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our talented kitchen brigade in our beautiful Pimlico Store. You’ll play a key role in delivering fresh, seasonal, beautifully presented dishes that embody the Bamford philosophy. What you’ll do:
- Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standard, showcasing seasonal and sustainable produce.
- Support your section with efficiency, creativity, and consistency.
- Maintain exceptional food quality, presentation, and hygiene at all times.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
- Contribute ideas for menu development aligned with the Bamford ethos.
- Uphold all food safety and H&S guidelines rigorously.
