The role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our talented kitchen brigade in our beautiful Pimlico Store. You’ll play a key role in delivering fresh, seasonal, beautifully presented dishes that embody the Bamford philosophy. What you’ll do:

  • Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standard, showcasing seasonal and sustainable produce.
  • Support your section with efficiency, creativity, and consistency.
  • Maintain exceptional food quality, presentation, and hygiene at all times.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
  • Contribute ideas for menu development aligned with the Bamford ethos.
  • Uphold all food safety and H&S guidelines rigorously.
  • Embody our commitment to conscious, responsible food production.

What you’ll bring:

  • Previous experience as a CDP or strong commis stepping up.
