Your responsibilities include:
- Daily checks on boilers, electrical systems, and fire safety equipment.
- Inspecting and replacing light bulbs and securing fire doors.
- Conducting regular inspections of roofs, gutters, and walkways to address hazards and maintain outdoor areas, including gardening and external housekeeping.
- Handling planned maintenance tasks like painting and grouting, as well as unplanned repairs.
- Basic plumbing, electrical, and joinery skills are essential.
- Focus on compliance through ladder checks, fire alarm tests, and utility readings.
