Our hotel The Balmoral is located at Edinburgh’s most prestigious address, No. 1 Princes Street, where the Old Town stops and the New Town begins. Your key responsibilities:

The expected salary package of a Chef de Rang/Waiter is £33,000 gross per annum (salary plus discretionary service charge).
