Our hotel The Balmoral is located at Edinburgh’s most prestigious address, No. 1 Princes Street, where the Old Town stops and the New Town begins. Our hotel’s majestic clock defines the city’s skyline and since the day we opened in 1902 it has run three minutes fast to ensure our guests will never miss their train.
Your key responsibilities:
- Be responsible for cleaning all the spa facilities of the hotel to The Balmoral standards.
- Ensure the cleanliness is up to our hotel standards and carry out regular checks of all spa areas to ensure guest satisfaction is met.
- Be part of our spa team to create memorable experiences for our guests.
- Be knowledgeable of the hotel, our facilities, and the local area.
- Take pride in your work both when working independently and as a valuable member of the housekeeping team.
Who we are looking for:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals who are passionate about celebrating the individuality of our hotels and guests. This role is a 16 hours per week over 2 working days (includes weekend working). Fixed term role until 30th April 2026.
