You will be responsible for providing administrative support with polish, proficiency and discretion. Proactive, adaptable and energetic, you will be adept at juggling multiple tasks, including managing the daily diary, scheduling events, preparing correspondence and collating reports. As well as managing your administrative responsibilities, you will be involved with ensuring the smooth running of key projects and ad hoc activities at the hotel.
Tech-savvy with an ability to thrive under pressure, your organisational skills will be second to none. You’ll be an excellent communicator with a warm and intuitive demeanour – remaining positive and calm when challenges arise. You will bring comparable experience in a similar professional environment, and will be given excellent opportunities to upskill and develop your career with us. Ultimately, your insight, commitment and pride in your work will make you an integral part of the Rocco Forte family.
