Our hotel The Balmoral is located at Edinburgh’s most prestigious address, No. 1 Princes Street, where the Old Town stops and the New Town begins. Our hotel’s majestic clock defines the city’s skyline and since the day we opened in 1902, it has run three minutes fast to ensure our guests will never miss their train.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Using the finest products, and cooking from scratch to create a unique experience for our guests.
- Being part of a kitchen brigade to prepare and present food to the highest standards.
- Using creative methods of cooking.
- Being able to work under pressure during busy periods.
- Working 5 days a week for dinner service only.
