Our hotel The Balmoral is located at Edinburgh’s most prestigious address, No. 1 Princes Street, where the Old Town stops and the New Town begins. Our hotel’s majestic clock defines the city’s skyline and since the day we opened in 1902 it has run three minutes fast to ensure our guests will never miss their train.
Your key responsibilities include:

You will be exceptionally well presented and capable of making a warm first impression on our guests while delivering discreet, sensitive standards of service. This role is part-time - 16 hours. The successful candidate will be able to work a flexible rota, including day, evening, and weekend shifts, to support our business needs.
