Your key responsibilities:
- Oversee the team's workflow, ensuring good cooperation across departments.
- Support team members to ensure that five-star service standards are maintained at all times.
- Deliver discreet, understated, tailored, and timely service whilst sharing your knowledge and best practice with the team.
- Remain focused on delivering excellence and seeking feedback from guests.
- Be knowledgeable about the hotel and our products, and actively seek opportunities to promote them.
- Communicate regularly on the progress of tasks and consistently deliver on time to an excellent standard.
