Your key responsibilities:
- Be the friendly, confident face behind our reception desk.
- Offer our guests a warm, intuitive, and personalised greeting.
- Oversee daily front desk operations, including guest check-ins and check-outs.
- Work closely with all departments to create a seamless and unique experience for our guests.
- Provide training and support for the front desk team members to ensure they are knowledgeable and efficient.
- Be knowledgeable of the hotel and our products.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards.
