Are you a dedicated drinks enthusiast, looking to learn the tricks of the trade behind the bar of a world-leading luxury hotel? Then we would love you to join us as Bar Back at Rocco Forte Hotels.
In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of bar operations by taking care of every behind-the-scenes detail, from helping with deliveries and keeping the bar stocked to maintain the cleanliness of the bar and storage rooms. The eyes and ears of the busy bar area, you will ensure bartenders have everything they need to provide our guests with the five-star service they expect from Rocco Forte Hotels. As such, you’ll be a master of observation and multi-tasking.
Drawing on your organisational acumen, you will be adept at anticipating the bartenders’ needs and thinking on the hop – perpetually positive and unflappable in a fast-paced environment. Highly motivated, you’ll thrive working in a team, communicating with colleagues with confidence and sensitivity.
