Your Key Responsibilities
Rocco Forte Hotels is a collection of iconic hotels that respects the individuality of its locations and team members, encouraging them to be their natural selves while providing a local, authentic experience to our guests.
The successful candidate will be joining our newly refurbished Spa, rooted in the rhythms of the Mediterranean, Irene Forte Spa is a serene world of holistic wellbeing and restorative calm in the heart of Edinburgh.
Discover bespoke rituals using Irene Forte Skincare’s award-winning vegan products (Manicurist, Davines), innovative therapies with volcanic stones and quartz, and advanced technologies including LYMA Laser Pro and Tri Energy.
- Be able to perform all guest care and treatments offered in our Spa Brochure
- Deliver outstanding customer service and care to our guests
- Ensure the expectations of our guests are met at all times, and they feel pampered
- Act naturally in all your communications
- Be knowledgeable about the hotel and our products
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, encouraging repeat visits and referrals
The successful candidate will be able to work a flexible rota, including day, evening, and weekend shifts, to support our business needs over 5 working days and totalling 39 hours per week.
Who are we looking for
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals who are passionate about celebrating the individuality of our hotels and guests.
- A minimum of 2 years as an experienced therapist in a 5 star environment.
- HND level 3 in Beauty or Holistic Therapy is required
