Our hotel, The Balmoral, is located at Edinburgh’s most prestigious address, No. 1 Princes Street, where the Old Town stops and the New Town begins. Your key responsibilities:
- Support the Demi Chef de Partie and the Chef de Partie to ensure the smooth running of a station within our busy kitchen.
- Facilitate the flawless delivery of our world-class menus.
- Engage in food preparation and mise-en-place.
- Muck in during service and ensure health and safety practices are adhered to.
- Support the wider kitchen team as and when required.
- Communicate with colleagues with confidence and sensitivity.
