We're looking for a baker.
Yellow Door has been baking near Portadown since 1992 — sourdough, focaccia, ciabatta, baps — for cafés, restaurants and hotels across Northern Ireland and the Republic. Everything is mixed, shaped and baked here, mostly through the night.
It's not for everyone. The hours are unsociable and the work is physical. But if you like working with your hands, take pride in what goes out the door, and fancy learning your trade in a bakery that still does things properly, we'd like to hear from you.
What we're looking for:
- Bakery or kitchen experience is a help, but we'll train the right person
- Happy to work nights and early starts
- Reliable, and consistent — the same loaf, every single day
- Own transport is useful given the hours
What we offer:
