The Baker Collective is seeking a Chef de Partie who loves food, produces great dishes, and enjoys cooking while inspiring others.

You will run specific sections, keep lists up to date, and uphold our standards while bringing ideas to the team.

Expect a 40–45 hour week across 4–5 days with 2 days off (Mon/Tue). 28 days holiday, free meals on shift, overtime paid, and access to staff benefits.

Training and development are provided through our program.
