Assistant Manager in Colchester

We have an opening for a fantastic Assistant Manager to join our team. Someone with spirit, hospitality and flair.

The qualities we’re seeking are:

• Personality, confidence and drive with flair, enthusiasm and a natural appetite for being hospitable.
• Strong knowledge and passion for food and drinks.
• Strong people skills, the ability to bring a team along with you and look after people with empathy.
• Maintain and drive standards, contribute with ideas and methods that drive us forward.
• At least one year of hospitality management service and three years in customer service.

The recruitment process will be as follows:

• You will be invited to an interview.
• Successful interviewees will be invited to do a trial shift.
• If you enjoy the shift and we feel you’re the right person, you will be asked to a final interview.
• The successful candidate will undergo four-six weeks of induction and initial training.
