We have an opening for a talented Chef De Partie-someone who loves food, loves produce and loves cooking and creating whileinspiring those around them.
- What You’ll Do
- Run Breakfast, starter or pudding section unsupervised
- Completeto do list and order lists
- Maintainsour standards but contributes ideas, methods and helps drive us forward.
Who You Are
- Experiencein a kitchen, cooking for a minimum of one year
- Personality, confidence and drive with flair, enthusiasm and an appetite for beinghospitable.
- Knowledgeof our style of service, food and drinks.
- 40 -45 hours a week over 4 - 5 days.
- 2days off each week on Mondays and Tuesdays
- Amix of shifts including 7.30am till 3pm, 9am till 4pm, 4pm till 11pm, 9amtill 11pm with a two hour break
- Closedon 25 & 26 December each year
- 28days’ holiday with extra days for loyalty
