The Badachro Inn is recruiting a Sous Chef and Front of House team member to join its friendly, hard-working team for the upcoming summer season. These roles would suit a couple or two friends looking to work together in a busy, well-loved Highland inn during peak season. Located around 75 miles north west of Inverness in the coastal village of Badachro, the inn enjoys a strong summer trade and a lively, varied service.
The roles
- As Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations, food preparation, and service during busy periods, maintaining high standards throughout the season.
