The Electrical Maintenance Engineer role is to support Babraham Campus Engineering Department within the Babraham Institute buildings located on the Babraham Research Campus. The post is within a small in-house maintenance team carrying out day to day remedial and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks to maintain the institute's operations and compliance for all relevant regulations and legislation.

The successful candidate will hold a BTECH or City & Guilds qualification (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline. They will have in-depth knowledge of operation and maintenance of electrical supplies and M&E Engineering Services, proven experience in identifying electrical faults and carrying out repairs. Specific training is a requirement within the post and is provided by the Institute. This role requires the successful candidate to be onsite.
