Chest Heart and Stroke is looking for a volunteer to help out at their Peer Support Group in Largs. The main duties would include:

  • Booking and paying for the room
  • Banking cash collected at the group
  • Organising any day trips the group decides to do

The group meets from 10:00–12:00 in Largs Library.

Experience required: No formal skills are required, but a willingness to help others, patience, good communication, and the ability to engage with people outside the group (e.g., banks and bus companies) are valuable.

Volunteers (aged 11–25) taking part in this opportunity are eligible to claim Saltire Awards hours for their activity.
