Office Manager in Aylesbury

This is a varied and rewarding role working closely with the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team.

The successful candidate will:-

• be able to manage multiple priorities and maintain a well-structured and efficient office environment
• have excellent communication skills orally and in writing
• build positive relationships with staff, parents/carers, pupils, governors and external agencies
• be able to remain calm during busy periods
• have experience of working in a busy office, ideally within a school setting
• use of Microsoft packages
• experience with SIMS, desirable, but not essential as training will be given

Essential - applicants must have a GCSE in English and Maths at Grade C or above (Grade 4 or above).
