£25,845 per annum (pro rata full time (39 hours)) | Part time 37.5 hour contracts - 30 hour contracts - 24 hour contracts
Full UK driving manual license is essential due to the needs of the service and the people we support. It is also a requirement to have some support worker experience supporting with similar needs.

About the Role
We're looking for compassionate and enthusiastic Support Workers to join our friendly team in West Malling, supporting seven adults with learning disabilities, autism and behaviours of concern to live the lives they choose. You'll play an important role in helping people develop their independence, build confidence and enjoy meaningful experiences both at home and in their local community.
The people we support enjoy a wide range of activities including:
- Swimming
- Bowling
- Visiting local parks and attractions
- Seeing family and friends
- Shopping trips
- Arts, crafts and activities at home
No two days are ever the same, making this a genuinely rewarding and varied role.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Support Worker, you'll:
- Support people to live as independently as possible while achieving their personal goals
- Encourage participation in hobbies, activities and community life
- Assist with everyday tasks such as cooking, shopping, budgeting and maintaining a home
- Support people to build and maintain relationships with family and friends
- Provide dignified, person-centred personal care where required
- Promote choice, independence and wellbeing every day
- Celebrate achievements - big and small and help create moments that matter
