Looking for a job that feels good? Become a Waking Night Support Worker with Avenues. Full-time roles available at £25,845 per year (pro rata). Shifts operate from around 10pm - 7:30am, Monday to Sunday, including extended day shifts.

We are recruiting Waking Night Support Workers for our Tunbridge Wells service, supporting adults with a range of physical, mental health, and behavioural support needs within our supported living provision. Experience supporting adults with autism and behaviours that may challenge is desired as on the waking night shifts the team is smaller. We are seeking dedicated individuals who are passionate about making a meaningful difference in people's lives. This role offers the opportunity to work with exceptional individuals whilst supporting them to live independently and achieve their personal goals.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy, or physical disabilities to live independently
  • Helping people with everyday tasks like shopping, cooking, or managing money
  • Encouraging people to connect with friends, family, and the community
  • Providing personal care (with dignity and respect)
