Β£25,845 per annum (pro rata) | Full-time – 39 hours per week

Waking Night Shifts: 10:00pm – 7:00am

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential for this role to travel to and from shifts.

About the Role

We're looking for caring and committed Female Support Workers to join our waking night team in Sevenoaks, supporting adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, epilepsy, communication needs and those receiving end-of-life care within a residential service. Located just a five-minute walk from Sevenoaks railway station, the service provides person-centred support in a safe and welcoming environment. During the night, you'll play a vital role in ensuring people feel safe, comfortable and well supported, responding to individual needs while promoting dignity and independence.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Providing reassurance and support throughout the night
  • Completing regular wellbeing and safety checks in line with individual support plans
  • Supporting with personal care in a respectful and dignified manner where required
  • Responding calmly and appropriately to any overnight needs or emergencies
  • Completing accurate records and handovers to ensure continuity of care
  • Helping maintain a safe, clean and comfortable home environment
  • Working closely with colleagues to provide high-quality, person-centred support
