Looking for a job that feels good? Become a Female Support Worker with Avenues - Tunbridge Wells. Full-time roles available at £25,845 per year (pro rata). Shifts operate from 7.30am to 10.00pm, Monday to Sunday, including extended day shifts. A full UK driving licence is essential for this role.

This role offers the opportunity to work with exceptional individuals whilst supporting them to live independently and achieve their personal goals. We are recruiting Female Support Workers for our Tunbridge Wells service, supporting adults with a range of physical, mental health, and behavioural support needs within our supported living provision. Experience supporting adults with autism and behaviours that may challenge is desirable; however, comprehensive training and resources will be provided.

The people we support lead active lifestyles and engage in various community activities including walking, visiting parks, swimming, bowling, and accessing cafes, restaurants, and shops, so it is essential for you to hold a full UK driving licence and be happy to drive our cars.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy, or physical disabilities to live independently
  • Helping people with everyday tasks like shopping, cooking, or managing money
  • Encouraging people to connect with friends, family, and the community
  • Providing personal care (with dignity and respect)
  • Making each day meaningful — and having fun while you do it!
