We are looking for Support Workers to work with us in Tunbridge Wells, supporting adults with a range of physical, mental, and behavioural support needs on both levels of this supported living service. Ideally, you will have experience with supporting adults with autism and behaviours of concern, but we are here to support you and provide resources to learn.
The people we support are energetic and can participate in lots of community activities such as walking, going to parks, swimming, bowling, visiting cafes, restaurants, and shops, so it is essential for you to hold a full UK driving licence and be happy to drive our cars.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy, or physical disabilities to live independently
- Helping people with everyday tasks like shopping, cooking, or managing money
- Encouraging people to connect with friends, family, and the community
- Providing personal care (with dignity and respect)
- Making each day meaningful — and having fun while you do it!
