Full‑time and part‑time roles available for Female Support Workers.

£25,845 per year (pro‑rata) plus London Top‑up Payment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy, or physical disabilities to live independently.
  • Helping people with everyday tasks like shopping, cooking, or managing money.
  • Encouraging people to connect with friends, family, and the community.
  • Providing personal care (with dignity and respect).

We have a variety of services across Kingston, from supported living homes to self‑contained flats and outreach work. During a working day you may be asked to work across two different services. We are looking for Female Support Workers to join our team across our community services in Kingston. Kingston Community Services provides support 24 hours a day / 365 days a year; there are five supported living services and outreach support is also provided. Some support is shared between the tenants within each service but there is also an opportunity to support people on a 1‑1 basis. The service is located near the town centre and has good public transport links.
