The predicted salary is between 27100 - 28000 £ per year.

We are looking for Support Workers to work with us in the Fareham area, supporting adults with learning disabilities and epilepsy. The shifts currently can vary in length, these are either 7.5hrs, 8hrs or 6‑hour shifts between 08:30‑19:00 Monday – Sunday (this is also a lone working service on some days).

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting our people to be engaged in all day to day living activities, including making full use of their community and beyond.
  • Supporting our people with social activities, and connecting with family and friends.
  • Supporting the management of our people’s finances.
  • Keeping our people’s home clean and fresh, and going shopping.
  • Providing, and encouraging, personal care.
  • Enjoying what you do!

Experience in social care is not essential; we provide a full range of accredited and award‑winning training programmes at no cost to yourself, including the Health and Social Care Diploma that will support your career progression.
