Overview
We are hiring for a Business Development Manager.
Location: Surrey / Hampshire (with travel as required)
Salary: £45,619 per annum + £783 car user allowance per annum
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Closing date: 13th April 2026
About the Role
As Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving sustainable growth across the Group.
- Develop and manage new opportunities aligned to our Group Growth Strategy
- Lead the development of new supported living services
- Expand our autism specialist services beyond Hampshire
- Build and maintain influential relationships with commissioners, partners and purchasers
- Produce robust, evidence-based business cases and proposals
- Conduct market, competitor and benchmarking analysis to inform decision-making
- Oversee pricing of new business opportunities
- Support performance reporting and contribute to shaping the Group Growth Strategy
- Lead reviews of newly acquired services outside core business areas
- Work collaboratively with operational colleagues to ensure new services are viable, high-quality and sustainable
