We are looking for Support Workers to work across 2 of our services, supporting both male and female adults with mild to moderate learning disabilities, mental health needs and physical health needs.

Your day might include:

  • Helping adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health, or physical disabilities or those who have similar support to live independently,
  • Fun activities that might include attending concerts, disco’s, bowling, London theatre trips, building lego, playing games on a gaming console , playing pool or table tennis,
  • Supporting with everyday tasks like shopping, cooking, or household jobs,
  • Encouraging social activities, community involvement, and family connections,Providing respectful personal care where needed,
  • Making every day enjoyable — for the people we support, and for you!

No care experience? That’s OK. If you’ve worked in retail, hospitality, customer service, or childcare, you already have great transferable skills and we’ll teach you the rest.
