The Avenues Trust Group is seeking a Female Support Worker to join the PBS service in Hildenborough.

The role is full-time (39 hours) on a rota basis, supporting five men with learning disabilities, autism and related needs.

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required due to rural location.

You will deliver person-centred support, promoting dignity, independence and meaningful community participation, across flexible shifts Monday to Sunday.
