We are looking for passionate, caring Support Workers to join our Southampton team, supporting four people both in the service and in the community. The people we support have a range of learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, and communication styles, so staff must be adaptable, patient, and highly observant. The fundamental mission of the team is to actively empower these individuals, supporting them to maximise their everyday independence, develop life skills, and safely access the wider community.
Working hours are between 7am and 10pm, including sleep-in shifts and alternate weekends. Shifts may include full days, half days, or split shifts, either within the same service or across our other services, on a two-week rolling rota. Every day is different, but your role will include:
