We are looking for Support Workers in Kesgrave , Ipswich. You will be supporting adults with complex needs and learning disabilities. There is another service close by so we might ask you to work across both, depending on needs. Both services are well connected on public transport.
Your day might include:

  • Helping adults with learning disabilities, autism, or physical disabilities live independently,
  • Supporting with everyday tasks like shopping, cooking, or household jobs,
  • Encouraging social activities, community involvement, and family connections,
  • Providing respectful personal care where needed,
