At The Avenue Estate Agents, we've built our business around combining experienced local property professionals with strong central support and systems. Our lettings division is growing, and this is an opportunity to join us at an important stage, taking responsibility for the day-to-day management of our portfolio while having a genuine influence on how we do things as we continue to scale.

Your responsibilities as Property Manager
- Take day-to-day ownership of a portfolio covering fully managed and other service levels, adapting your involvement to each landlord's chosen service.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance from initial report through to resolution, keeping landlords, tenants and contractors informed throughout.
- Oversee tenancy and property compliance, making sure required certificates, inspections, records and actions are completed within the appropriate timescales.
- Manage rent arrears and tenancy-related issues, maintaining clear communication and escalating matters where required.
- Coordinate property inspections and ensure any resulting maintenance, safety or tenancy actions are followed through. xgikmsk
