We’re currently looking for Support Workers within the Teesside area to join our friendly team. We have full-time & part-time contracts available (minimum of 30 hours per week). Flexibility is key for this role as our shifts are varied, meaning you may be required to work weekdays, weekends, and evenings. Due to support locations, you must also be able to reliably travel within the Teesside Area so a full UK Driving Licence is required.
Our mission is to provide inclusive and personalised support. As a Support Worker, you’ll be delivering vital support to our customers, including helping them with their personal care, daily living skills, administration of medication, and their finances. This is a varied and meaningful role where you will be helping the people you support to live the life they choose.
You don’t need previous care experience or qualifications – we’re simply looking for compassionate and caring individuals who are enthusiastic about making a difference to people’s lives and delivering the highest possible quality of care. Whether you are experienced in care or are looking to start a new career, our in-house training team will ensure that you have all the additional skills you need to deliver your role with confidence.
