Please only apply if you are already a resident in the UK with no sponsorship requirements.We are recruiting Support Workers in the Skipton area!What you\’ll do As an Avalon Support Worker you will be part of a role that offers flexibility with hours that work for you; a range of full-time, part-time, and weekend hours are available. A full-UK driving licence with access to a car would be preferable due to support locations.Provide meaningful support to people with disabilities or additional needs to help them live the life they choose, including assisting with daily living skills, attending appointments, and helping with activities that improve independence and wellbeing.Build meaningful and lasting relationships with the people you support. Sessions are a minimum of 1 hour to ensure both you and the customers are fulfilled, with many sessions longer where appropriate.What we offer Guaranteed income and job security – hourly rates start at Β£12.27 with enhanced rates for evenings and weekends, plus paid mileage and lots of great benefits.
