Overview
We’re currently looking for Support Workers within Ripon & surrounding areas to work within our Supported Living properties. Due to support locations you must hold a full-UK Driving Licence with access to your own vehicle which can be used for work purposes.
Available shift patterns are varied, with hours of work which can include weekdays, weekends, evening, and sleepover shifts. We’re therefore open to applicants requiring full-time or part-time hours. Your availability, and any pre-existing commitments you may have, will be discussed at interview stage.
Although we’re particularly recruiting for our services based in Ripon, there will also be an expectation to work within our Harrogate services as required.
Our mission is to provide inclusive and personalised support. As a Support Worker, you’ll be delivering vital support, this may include helping with personal care, daily living skills, finances, and administering medication. This is a varied and meaningful role where you will be helping the people you support to live the life they choose.
You don’t need previous care experience or qualifications –we’re simply looking for compassionate and caring individuals who are enthusiastic about making a difference to people’s lives and delivering the highest possible quality of care. Whether you are experienced in care or are looking to start a new career, our in-house training team will ensure that you have all the additional skills you need to deliver your role with confidence.
