Avalon Group has an exciting new service in central Skipton (Adult Social Care) and we’re looking for compassionate Support Workers to join the team. Female applicants only, due to the specific support needs of the people we support.

- Providing person-centred support tailored to individual needs
- Supporting people with daily living, independence and wellbeing
- Supporting to pursue hobbies and enjoy a full social life, including going swimming, walking, and attending weekly activity groups
- Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion every day

- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential; our in-house training team will ensure that you have all the skills you need to deliver your role with confidence
